Angela holds an undergraduate degree in Biblical Literature from Ozark Christian College and a Master of Divinity from Abilene Christian University. She teaches Philosophy, Ethics, and Death & Dying at Hutchinson Community College in Hutchinson, Kansas. She and her husband have a daughter, three sons, and one daughter-in-law, and enjoy life in their small town outside of Hutchinson.

Angela published her first Christian novel, Both Sides of Grace, in October of 2022. She has also written a number of short scripts that have been used during worship gatherings at her church.
